MotoReet

Terms of use

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

The essentials. MotoReet connects motorcyclists. Rides are organised by their members, not by MotoReet: we are not the organiser, the guide or the insurer. You remain responsible for your riding, your licence, your insurance and the condition of your bike.

1. Who publishes the service

MotoReet is published by SamBaCreation, in Belgium.
Contact: contact@motoreet.com

Using MotoReet means accepting these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What MotoReet is, and what it isn't

MotoReet is for finding the right people to ride with: posting a ride, joining one, knowing who you're heading out with, and getting organised.

MotoReet is not:

3. Your account

4. Riding together: who is responsible for what

This is the most important part of this text.

5. What we expect from you

The following are prohibited: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent content, publishing private information about others (address, phone, number plate), impersonation, unsolicited commercial canvassing, fraud, and any attempt to circumvent the security of the service.

Also prohibited: creating an account to collect GPX routes without taking part, posting fake ratings, and using MotoReet to organise races or speed trials on public roads.

6. Content you publish

Your photos, texts and routes remain yours. By publishing them, you grant MotoReet the right to display them in the service, to the people they are intended for - that's what technically allows them to be shown. Nothing more: we don't sell them, transfer them or use them for advertising without your consent.

Only publish what belongs to you, and nothing that reveals where you live.

7. Moderation and sanctions

Content may be removed, and an account suspended or banned, in the event of a breach of these terms or dangerous behaviour. Decisions take context and severity into account.

The person reported or blocked is not informed: telling them would expose the person reporting to retaliation, including offline.

If you believe a decision is unfair, write to contact@motoreet.com. You have the right to know the reasons and to challenge them.

8. Subscriptions and payments

9. Availability of the service

MotoReet is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. An outage could prevent you from viewing a ride: always keep the meeting point and time somewhere other than in the app.

We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a ride, from a member's behaviour, or from information published by a member. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or harm to life or physical integrity - Belgian law does not allow it, and we would not want it to.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. The consequences are described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes

These terms may change. Any significant change will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence, and you can turn to mediation through the Consumer Mediation Service.
